The International think Big Summit 2021 is a full-day conference filled with conversations with philosophers and networking sessions with like-minded thinkers.

Breaking the Silence: Of Taboos & Pantang Larangs is the second edition of International Think Big Summit, which will be about rethinking norms, deconstructing controversial topics, exploring unpopular school of thoughts and challenging deep seated beliefs.
Our early bird registration is happening now until 11th of August 2021, 11.59pm GMT+8.
If you register during this period of time, your ticket will automatically be upgraded to premium, which includes access to our pre-summit and post-summit workshops, sharing and networking sessions, and what’s more, you will get a free tailored gift from MyPhilSoc.
After that, participants can still sign up at a regular rate.

Our website supports local payments, while Eventbrite uses PayPal.
⁃ We currently offer 3 main ticket types: early bird admission, regular admission and premium admission.

You're right - there are student discounts applicable for all ticket types except for Early Bird tickets!

Yes. Premium tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before the Pre-Summit; Regular tickets are refundable up 48 hours before the Summit proper.
The summit will be conducted online via an online interactive conferencing platform - Remo Conference, for an engaging virtual experience!
Our segments include discussions with panels, didactic seminars and grouped sessions where we can all interact with one another and share ideas.
Yes, there will be conversations about taboos, those issues that often go unspoken and unheard of in our community. Our aim is to spur these discussions in a healthy and productive manner through philosophy.
Individual sessions will be recorded only after being consented by the speakers.
Yes, e-certificates will be provided to all attendees.
This option is not available. Sorry! We wish to promote critical thinking through a wide range of event format and topics.
But...if you cannot commit to the full summit, you can also opt for the half day pass for either morning or afternoon sessions.
